Dear Valued Customers, It pains me to have to do this, but in these hard economic times certain things are to be expected.  After a decline in orders that weren't numerous to begin with when OCZ discontinued the OCZNBIM17A whitebook, we started to run in the red.  After going through two months like this and not enough sales to pull the company out - even with various promotions - it's become time to dissolve Dark Smiley Systems, LLC. Now what does this mean to you, our past customer?  Well, for starters you're not going to be left without a warranty.  Company or no company, I don't want to leave anyone in the dark.  For the warranty period that your computer still has, I will personally repair any system under its original warranty terms.  To obtain this warranty service, both our warranty line at 1-(518)-687-8258 and the admin@darksmileysystems.com email address will be available.  For tech support, however, only email support will be provided at admin@darksmileysystems.com. If your order from us was a Sager laptop, your warranty is through Sager and will not be affected whatsoever. Believe me, nobody is sorrier than I that the company had to end like this before even completing its first year.  However, I'm confident that with the superior build quality of our systems your Dark Smiley Systems computer will function superbly long after its warranty ends.
